The company said, "It is known as a Korean startup that beat Google by being certified by the Korea Information and Communication Technology Association (TTA) because it was measured to have better translation quality than Google." Based on artificial intelligence natural language processing technology, the company offers 'Gcon Studio', a project management solution for translation companies, and 'heybunny,’ a convenient email-based translation service for clients.

'Gcon Studio' is a solution that automates about 40% of the translation project management process and provides better quality translation services to clients by checking translated documents with a translation quality checker using artificial intelligence.

In addition, 'heybunny' is a service that is not tied to desktop or mobile devices, and sends back the translated content by e-mail when you send content that needs translation. heybunny can be used in any environment where you can send an e-mail, and does not require installing a program.

Twigfarm said, "With this investment, we are able to take a step forward as Asia's best natural language processing company.” Twigfarm further said, "We are focusing all our research capabilities on creating algorithms that best understand Korean."

Twigfarm acquired communication design company Supersquare last year to improve its solution and service usability.

In addition, the big data-based 'translation dictionary' is developed through the AI-based parallel corpus creation solution 'Gcon Corpus' developed by Twigfarm and the translation inspection and verification solution 'Gcon Inspect'. It supports accurate and consistent translation.
