Twigfarm has signed an MOU with Heartex, the operator of Label Studio, the world's largest data labeling platform, to promote data-centric AI activation.
Label Studio is a global open-source platform for data construction with over 150,000users, more than 12,000 GitHub stars, and a community of over 7,000 members. Last year, Heartex received a $25 million Series A investment from investors such as Redpoint Ventures Unusual Ventures, Bow Capital Swift Ventures, and others.
Twigfarm is a specialized company in digital content localization, possessing AI and large-scale data construction technologies for content localization. In addition to text, they have built a proprietary data construction platform based on Label Studio for large-scale data construction of various types of content, including images and videos.
The data construction platform is also known as an annotation tool and is essential for companies engaged in large-scale AI training data construction projects. An annotation tool is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of work during the data collection, labeling, and preprocessing stages, as well as to minimize data omissions and errors in the construction process.
Label Studio provides functionality to label data in six domains (image, audio, text, time series, multi-domain, and video) for 20 types of purposes, all within a single platform. Label Studio is an open-source tool that can be downloaded and installed for free by development teams. If there is no development team or lack of resources for development, a paid cloud (SaaS) version is available to quickly start data construction.
Twigfarm offers discounted rates for introducing the Label Studio cloud version. They also provide technical support services for companies that wish to install Label Studio on their own cloud servers and use it.
