Privacy Policy

How TWIGFARM handles personal data on this website, including purposes, retention, and your rights.

Effective date:

TWIGFARM Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act. This policy covers twigfarm.net, which provides company, solution, research, and news information and accepts inquiries. Accounts, file processing, and payments for LETR WORKS and other individual services are covered by the relevant service privacy policy.

1. Information and purposes

Website inquiries: Required fields are name, email, inquiry type, and inquiry details. Company or organization, country, industry, expected timeline, and budget range are optional. We use this information to review and answer inquiries, discuss solutions, quotes or partnerships, and provide requested follow-up. Submissions are delivered to Company staff by email.

Email inquiries: We use the sender’s address, name, and information supplied in the message to handle the inquiry. Please avoid sending identification numbers, payment details, health information, or other sensitive or third-party personal data that is unnecessary for your inquiry.

Website usage: Analytics tools may process pages visited, access times, referral sources, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, and approximate location. We use these to understand usage and improve the website. Access information processed by our servers and network supports security and troubleshooting. Map-related processing is described in Section 5.

We do not use inquiry data to send promotional email without separate consent. Where a new purpose requires additional consent, we will explain the change and obtain that consent first.

We collect information you enter in the inquiry form or send by email. Some information may be generated automatically when you use the website.

You may decline consent to the collection and use of your inquiry data. In that case, you cannot submit the form. You can submit an inquiry without completing the optional fields. Inquiries by email also involve processing the personal data needed to reply.

This website does not provide account registration or online checkout and does not request account passwords or card numbers for inquiries. If we seek to collect data from children under 14, we will follow the required procedures, including obtaining consent from a legal guardian.

3. Retention and deletion

Inquiry and consultation records are retained for one year after the inquiry is closed, then deleted without delay. Requests for deletion or withdrawal of consent are handled without delay unless a legal retention requirement applies.

Where a separate contract or other activity creates a statutory retention obligation, only the necessary records are stored separately for the period required by the relevant law. Retention periods for paid-service transactions do not automatically apply to ordinary website inquiries. Retention and deletion of analytics cookies and information processed by external tools follow the provider policies and user settings described in Section 5.

When a retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, electronic personal data is deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery, and printed records are securely shredded or otherwise destroyed.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We do not disclose it outside the stated purposes unless you consent or a lawful request or other legal basis requires it.

We use the following services to operate the website and deliver inquiries:

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS): Website hosting, content delivery, and inquiry email transmission. The inquiry server and email transmission service use the Seoul region. Website content may be delivered through a global network.
  • Google LLC: Website analytics through Google Analytics and location maps through Google Maps. See Section 5 for data processing and transfers.

We manage processing within the scope necessary for these tasks and address applicable privacy and security obligations. Information processed independently by an external provider is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy.

5. Cookies, analytics, and maps

Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Cookie identifiers, page views and usage information, browser and device details, and approximate location may be transmitted to Google. We do not configure the inquiry form to send the entered name, email, or message directly to analytics.

Google Maps: Loading office maps may transmit your IP address, browser information, and Google cookies to Google. Google’s processing may vary depending on factors such as whether you are signed into a Google account.

Google LLC is located in the United States. Information may be transferred over the network when these tools are used and processed on Google-operated servers in the United States and other countries. See Google’s Privacy Policy and information about data from partner sites for retention, deletion, and contact information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings and control analytics collection with the Google Analytics opt-out tool. To prevent external requests, you can block Google scripts and external content in your browser. This may limit features such as maps. Office addresses remain available as text without using the maps.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent by emailing the privacy officer below. We may verify an authorized representative’s authority and ask for the minimum information needed to verify identity. We respond according to applicable legal procedures and time limits.

If a legal retention obligation or another lawful restriction prevents us from fulfilling all or part of a request, we will explain the reason and available measures. We do not impose unfair disadvantages for exercising privacy rights.

7. Safeguards

We restrict access to personnel who need it for their work and use administrative and technical safeguards, including access management, encryption in transit, and system security controls. If an incident occurs, we provide required notifications and take measures under applicable law.

8. Privacy officer and contact

Please use these contacts for privacy questions, complaints, or rights requests. Information on privacy complaints and dispute mediation in Korea is available through the Privacy Portal.
